Local Delivery

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for drop-off. Regions 2 and 3 are weekly deliveries.

Delivery Areas

Region 1 - Sooke: includes Shirley, Otter Point, and Saseenos

Region 2 - West Shore: includes East Sooke, Metchosin, Colwood, Langford, and View Royal

Region 3 - Victoria & Lower Island: includes Duncan, Shawnigan Lake, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Greater Victoria, Esquimalt, Vic West, Sidney, and communities on the Saanich Peninsula. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If actual shipping costs change when arranged with the carrier, we will contact you prior to shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Depending upon the shipping method, you may receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be typically be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

South Shore Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). In the cases where the carrier requires collection of these fees in advance, they will be added to the cost of your order.

Damages

South Shore Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via Canada Post. All rules and policies listed above apply where appropriate.
